I started out as a Grade 1 Teacher at a school for children for HIV and AIDS there my main role was to plan all lessons,teach social,emotional and personal skills. Evaluate students progress, work with my teachers assistant to ensure each child is being enriched and fulfilled with knowledge each day. (January 2016- June 2017) \r\nAt the beginning of 2017 I started working part time as an Online English Teacher, this is where I would create lesson plans unique for each student\'s requirements for both English and Maths. Coordinate schedules that suit my students and ensure my students are reaching their targeted skills and achievements. As well as create lesson plans for and facilitate in the curriculum development for the company.(January 2017 - May 2019) \r\nIn Early 2019 I got the opportunity to develop my own curriculum and teach a class at a Montessori based school.(January 2019- April 2020). Sadly the School closed just after the pandemic started.\r\nBeginning of 2020 I worked as a Part-Time Private Tutor,Planning individual private tutoring lessons tailored to each child and their needs. Worked with a behavior specialist as well as the students\' school teachers to ensure that they were getting the best care they could. ( January 2020- May 2020) Sadly we had to close due to being a face to face organization due to Covid-19.\r\nI started teaching grouped online lessons for an International company based both in UAE and America, where I Adapted lesson plans to suit the needs of each individual class. Ensure that each class is filled with enriching and fun content to keep the students captivated. \r\nCreate lesson plans for and facilitate the curriculum development for Kido Home.\r\n
